Help Care For Hyalite This Summer
It's time for another season of Hyalite stewardship projects!
Join us after work (6pm) on the 2nd Wednesday of every month this summer. Also, save the date for the Hyalite Fall Cleanup and Stewardship Day, on National Public Lands Day, September 25!
June 9: barbed wire fence removal, meet at the Lick Creek parking lot at 6pm
July 14: History Rock trail maintenance, meet at the History Rock parking lot at 6pm
August 11: East Fork Divide trail (171) brushing, meet at the East Fork Divide trailhead (right before the Emerald Lake trailhead) at 6pm
September 25: Fall Cleanup and Stewardship Day (12 - 4pm)
Please bring your own gloves (if you have them), snacks, and water. Friends of Hyalite and the Forest Service will supply the necessary tools and gloves for those who need them. Wear work pants and boots and bring layers as necessary for the weather that day!
