Friends of Hyalite partners with

Outside Kind is a partnership of non-profit organizations, the City of Bozeman and the Forest Service. We raise awareness about sharing our outdoor recreation resources responsibly.

Hyalite Canyon sees a great of use by a variety of different users. In the summer hikers share the trails with mountain bikers, horseback riders and many other types of users. Winter users such as cross county skiers, snowshoers, fat bikers and ice climbers all use the same trails and resources. The best way for everyone to have a great experience outdoors is to be kind and respectful of others when we are out there. Learn more and take the pledge to be Outside Kind.
